
Christian Eber
Founder & Non-executive Director
Christian Eber is a business leader, mentor, and healthcare professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning oncology, healthcare commercialization, engineering services, and social impact initiatives. He currently serves in the oncology division of AstraZeneca Singapore, where he supports the adoption of innovative cancer therapies and works closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Throughout his career, Christian has held leadership and commercial roles with leading healthcare organizations including AstraZeneca, Novartis, and Kyowa Kirin. He has successfully led market access initiatives, healthcare education programs, stakeholder partnerships, and product launches across oncology, haematology, nephrology, and specialty care. His work has contributed to improved patient access to innovative treatments and strengthened collaboration across healthcare ecosystems.
Prior to healthcare, Christian co-founded and led an engineering services company, where he gained firsthand experience in technical training, business development, and workforce leadership. His passion for practical skills education and mentorship eventually inspired the creation of Hands On Tech Ltd.
Christian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University.
Beyond his professional work, Christian has been actively involved in community service for many years. He volunteers with Assisi Hospice, serves on the Eurasian Association’s community outreach initiatives, and founded Hands On Tech Ltd to empower young people through technical skills, mentorship, and character formation.
His vision is to help young people discover purpose, dignity, and opportunity through hands-on learning, while building stronger communities through service, mentorship, and meaningful work.
